How to Host a Session

1. Information on Sessions

Combat Training

• Senior Manager+: Can host.

• Assist Manager+: Can co-host or assist.

• Commissioner of Corrections+: Can supervise.

• Commissioner of Corrections+: Can host without supervision.

Examination

• Director of Operations+: Can host.

• Chief Luminary+: Can co-host.

• Prison Overseer+: Can assist.

• Chairman of the Board+: Can supervise.

• Chairman of the Board+: Can host without supervision.

2. Hosting Regulations

• Compliance: Follow the current Rank Rules.

• Scheduling: No limits on hosting times.

• Session Logging: Log sessions promptly after they end.

• Announcements: Remove the message from the Sessions channel after completion.

• Session Limits: No limit on the number of sessions hosted in a server.

3. Pre-Session Announcement

• 10 Minutes Prior: Announce the session in Stonelock -> Sessions.

  • Ensure the Host and Co-Host(s) are in-game before the announcement.

4. Step-by-Step Hosting Guide

Step 1: Requirements

• Join the following servers:

  • Main Server: Stonelock Main Server

  • Intel Server: Stonelock Center

• Rank: Ensure you have the required rank to host the session.

Step 2: Setup

• Announce your session in Stonelock -> Sessions.

• Retrieve Server ID: In-game, use the command:

  !serverid

Step 3: Joining a Session

• Command to Join: In-game, use:

  joingame [serverid]

  • Replace [serverid] with the ID provided in Stonelock -> Sessions.
