Combat Training Guide

STONELOCK COMBAT TRAINING GUIDE

Lead Officer > Senior Manager Can be promoted in a Combat Training!

RANK INFO

  • Senior Manager+: Can Co-host a Combat Training.

  • Fresh Chief+: Can Host a Combat Training.

  • Prison Overseer+: Viewer [Inside the ViewBox]


EXPLANING

Host: Hosts the sessions, controls most phases and makes sure Co-Hosts and helpers do a good job.

Co-Host: Assists the Host during the Examination to make sure it goes well, also needed when doing the Faces phase due to it having 2 difficulty levels.

Helper: Answers PTS and makes sure the session is good, also deals with disturbance. (Raids, People breaking STS).

Supervisor: Oversees the session, (Optional) Does commands for the host and grades the host so he can get better status and better himself for the next session.

Viewer: The spectator doesn't have a job, they just watch the on-going Combat Training in silence. The host can kick them if they're disturbing the session.

PRE-SESSION

Announcement:

  • 10 minutes before the starting time, the Host must announce the session in the Discord server and the group shout.

  • Host and Co-host should start to join 5-10 minutes before the session starts.


STRIKING SYSTEM

  • Strikes should be displayed as such: [USERNAME] [TEAM] [AMOUNT OF STRIKES]

  • Command to give a strike: [USERNAME] [USERNAME] [TEAM] [STRIKES]

  • Note: Trainees do NOT get a strike if they correct themselves in time.


STARTING COMBAT TRAINING

INTRODUCTIONS

When you have 9 or more attendees, you can start.

Commands: sw - Starting h The Combat Training has begun, no fall-ins

Before actually starting, make sure to note the usernames of your attendees.

  • Host:

    • Welcome, Trainees! I am [INSERT USERNAME], and I will be your Host for this session!

  • Co-Host:

    • Greetings! I am [INSERT USERNAME], and I will be your Co-Host for this session. I wish you all the best of luck!

  • Host:

    • We will now begin the Training by explaining the rules!

RULES SESSION

  • Host:

    • My Co-Host will be going over the rules. Please give them your attention and try not to cause a distraction.

  • Co-Host:

    • Rule I: Disrespecting anyone taking part in this Shift will lead to a strike or even failure. Discussing with your Host or Co-host also counts as disrespect.

    • Rule II: If you need to go AFK, you must get approval from your Host/Co-Host."

    • Rule III: If you leave or disconnect, you will not be able to rejoin.

    • Rule IV: Please do not speak unless you are permitted to do so. If you need to ask a question, simply say 'PTS', then an MR+ will come to you and permit you to speak.

    • Rule V: We use a strike system. If you don’t use proper grammar and/or don’t answer correctly, you will get a maximum of 3 strikes. Surpassing that amount will result in failure and a respawn.

  • Host:

  • Thank you. Let's proceed with phase: Formation.

FORMATION SECTION

  • Host: We are now on the Formations phase, Where you will be tested on Reaction.

  • Host: My co-host will now explain the different formations we'll use. Co-Host:

    • Wedge: Form a /\ shape behind the host.

    • Alpha: Form a /\ shape behind the host. Crouch down with your weapon ready.

    • Box: Create a tight box facing outward around the host.

    • STS (Shoulder to Shoulder): Form a straight line in front of the host, each person 1 stud apart from the next.

    • SFL (Single File Line): Form a straight line directly behind the host, each person 1 stud apart from the next.

  • Host Example:

  • you can say "Wedge on me."

  • you can say "Alpha Formation."

  • you can say "Box Formation."

  • you can say "STS."

  • you can say "SFL."

  • Host: Ending Return now to your STS Lines.

Make sure that Host / Co-host Write down the Passers.

COMBAT SECTION

  • Host:

  • Moving on from Formations to the combat part of this training 1v1's. Here you need to eliminate your aponent.

  • Host: "My Co-Host will now explain the 1vs1 Combat." Co-Host:

    • Here are a few rules you have to follow to pass this section.

    • • You have to use the weapon provided by the host.

    • • You have to wait on the count down in order to start.

    • • You can not go outside of the area.

    • I will call up participants two at a time, so please be patient. Each pair will face each other from opposite sides of the combat area.

Make sure that Host / Co-host Write down the Passers.

ENDING THE TRAINING

  • REQUIREMENTS AND PASSING

    • Host assess trainees, issuing passes or failures.

    • Over 3 strikes result in a direct fail.

    • Be respectful in passing/failing.

    • Passed trainees proceed to Host or Co-Host.

  • Host:

    • Your now Free to Speak to other Participants and give us a moment [PTS Disabled]

    • I will now announce the passers of this Session!

    • USERNAME ranked to RANK. Congratulations!

PASSING

  • Host:

    • If your name is not mentioned, then unfortunately, you did not pass. However, you can always try again at a later session. Thank you for joining this Training. You are now all dismissed Leave the Session Room!
