Explaning Solitary
1. Solitary Cells
Designated areas for event organizers to manage activities:
Use for Misbehavior: Only place inmates in solitary cells if they break the rules or act out. This helps keep the Prison under control.
Consequences for Misuse: Misusing solitary confinement will lead to consequences, ensuring it's used properly and fairly.
Four Warnings: Inmates should receive up to four warnings before being placed in solitary. This gives them a chance to improve their behavior before facing stricter measures.
