Before starting the examination, make sure the following requirements are met:
Host: Must be at least a Head Chief+.
Co-Hosts: One or two Co-Hosts, each at least a Prison Overseer+.
Helpers (Optional): Up to two Helpers, each at least a Prison Overseer+.
Supervisor: One Supervisor who is at least a Director of Operations+.
Attendees: At least 9 attendees.
Private Server: A secure private server (link needed).
Note: Director of Operations+ can host without a supervisor.
Make sure all of these are in place before beginning.
Staff Jobs: Host: Hosts the sessions, controls most phases and makes sure Co-Hosts and helpers do a good job.
Co-Host: Assists the Host during the Examination to make sure it goes well, also needed when doing the Faces phase due to it having 2 difficulty levels.
Helper: Answers PTS and makes sure the session is good, also deals with disturbance. (Raids, People breaking STS).
Supervisor: Oversees the session, (Optional) Does commands for the host and grades the host so he can get better status and better himself for the next session.
Viewer: The spectator doesn't have a job, they just watch the on-going Examination in silence. The host can kick them if they're disturbing the session.
Strikes are given when someone breaks the rules, for example: Breaking STS, Speaking without PTS, Holding equipment without being instructed to do so, etc.
Please note: There's a maximum of two strikes. When having the maximum amount of 2 strikes, you will be dismissed (Kicked).
30 to 40 minutes before sharing the private server link, you shall announce it using inโ StoneLock Prison RPโ โฐโโบsessions by using hammertime to state it as 'in 45 minutes'.
But, before announcing it, you shall make a private server on the game. (Game: StoneLock Prison RP Go to: 'Servers', Create a private server, after creating, click the 3 dots, press Configure, make sure to select Allow Joining and then scroll down. At the bottom of the page, you will see a box in which you can generate a link. Click Generate. Then copy the link.
Please note: You CAN borrow a private server, as long as you have a valid link.
Before announcing the link, make sure that the Host, Co-Host(s), Helper(s) and the Supervisor is/are in-game. When the 30-45 minutes are done, go toโ StoneLock Prison RPโ โฐโโบsessions, fill out the format and add: 'Link:'. Then paste the link that you've copied from the private server page. You require at least 9 attendees before starting. After announcing, you will be doing 3 commands to make people come:
Required Commands:
h An Examination will be hosted in the Session Room, not attending will result in punishment. (Call 1/3)
h An Examination will be hosted in the Session Room, not attending will result in punishment. (Call 2/3)
h An Examination will be hosted in the Session Room, not attending will result in punishment. (Call 3/3)
Optional Commands: h An Examination will be hosted in the Session Room, not attending will result in punishment. (Call Bonus)
Please note: You can only announce an examination 30-45 minutes before hosting it.

Hello, everyone! I'm [User], and I will be assisting as the co-host for today's Examination.
Host: Permissions to speak (PTS) is now active, please refrain from talking. Failure to do so will result in a strike.

Before we begin, I want to go over some rules that will help you through this Examination.

Co-Host:
Rule I: Disrespecting anyone taking part in this Shift will lead to a strike or even failure. Discussing with your Host or Co-host also counts as disrespect.
Rule II: If you need to go AFK, you must get approval from your Host/Co-Host."
Rule III: If you leave or disconnect, you will not be able to rejoin.
Rule IV: Please do not speak unless you are permitted to do so. If you need to ask a question, simply say 'PTS', then an MR+ will come to you and permit you to speak.
Rule V: We use a strike system. If you donโt use proper grammar and/or donโt answer correctly, you will get a maximum of 2 strikes. Surpassing that amount will result in failure and a respawn.

Host: Moving into Faces . We'll learn how to turn and face different directions. Follow these commands carefully.
Right Face Command: โRight Faceโ Action: Turn to your right.

Center Face Command: โCenter Faceโ Action: Turn to face the person who gave the command.
About Face Command: โAbout Faceโ Action: Turn completely around to face the opposite direction.
Half-Right Face Command: โHalf-Right Faceโ Action: Turn 45 degrees to your right.
Half-Left Face Command: โHalf-Left Faceโ Action: Turn 45 degrees to your left.

Host: My co-host will now explain the different formations we'll use. Co-Host:
Wedge: Form a /\ shape behind the host.
Alpha: Form a /\ shape behind the host. Crouch down with your weapon ready.
Box: Create a tight box facing outward around the host.
STS (Shoulder to Shoulder): Form a straight line in front of the host, each person 1 stud apart from the next.
SFL (Single File Line): Form a straight line directly behind the host, each person 1 stud apart from the next.
Host Example:

Thank you. Let's proceed with phase: Combat Section.
Host/Co-Host: Moving on from Formations to the combat part of this Examination, 1v1's. Here you need to eliminate your opponent.
Host/Co-Host: I will now explain the Combat phase.
Host/Co-Host: Here are a few rules you have to follow to pass this section.
I - You have to use the weapon provided by the host.
II - You have to wait on the count down in order to start.
III - You can not go outside of the area.
IV - When waiting, please stay STS until you're called up. I will call up participants two at a time, so please be patient. Each pair will face each other from opposite sides of the combat area.

Host/Co-Host: We're now moving on to the Obstacle Course.
Host/Co-Host: Each of you will get 2 chances to complete the course, you're all required to move to the combat part again and stand on the lines surrounding the box.
Host/Co-Host: I'll call you up 1 by 1, when done, STS on the main line.
