Low Ranks

  • Fresh Officer [FO] When you join the group! This is the starting point for all new members.

  • Detention Officer [DO] Responsible for managing detainees and maintaining order.

  • Security Officer [SO] Focuses on ensuring safety and security across the premises.

  • Lead Officer [LO] An experienced officer supervising daily operations and assisting in mentoring new recruits.

  • Head Officer [HO] Takes charge of small teams and leads them in operational tasks.


Medium Ranks

  • Assist Manager [AM] Supports senior management by helping coordinate and manage activities.

  • Senior Manager [SM] Handles more extensive responsibilities, including managing entire teams or departments.

  • Fresh Chief [FC] Oversees the overall activities of officers, ensuring protocols are followed.

  • Commissioner of Corrections [CoC] Implements and oversees correctional policies and strategic objectives.


High Ranks

  • Prison Overseer [PO] Supervises all prison-related activities and enforces regulations at the highest level.

  • Head Chief [HC] A leader with a visionary approach to organizational success and staff motivation.

  • Director of Operations [DoO] Ensures all operational processes are streamlined and running efficiently.


Stone Lock Leadership

  • Chairman of the Board [CMOTB] Oversees high-level decision-making and serves as the face of organizational governance.

  • Executive Head [EH] Manages top-level leadership, bridging the gap between strategic planning and execution.

  • Head of Directors [HOD] Supervises directors to ensure organizational alignment and interdepartmental cooperation.

  • Project Leader [PJL] Leads significant projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes.

GAME REGULATION [Admins]

Low Ranks:

Trial Regulator

  • Entry-level rank responsible for learning the basics of enforcement and regulatory procedures.

Game Regulator

  • Ensures in-game rules are followed and addresses basic player concerns.

Senior Regulator

  • Supervises Trial and Game Regulators, offering guidance and overseeing their duties.


Medium Ranks:

Advanced Regulator

  • Takes on more complex regulatory tasks and assists in managing lower ranks.

Command Regulator

  • Focuses on tactical decision-making and ensuring smooth communication between ranks.

Chief Regulator

  • Senior officer responsible for implementing policies and overseeing regulatory efficiency.


High Ranks:

Operation Manager

  • Ensures daily operations run efficiently, addressing urgent regulatory issues.

Department Manager

  • Oversees the department’s overall performance, ensuring goals are met.

Department Advisor

  • Provides strategic advice to improve departmental processes and outcomes.

Vice President

  • Second-in-command for the department, aiding the President in leadership and decision-making.

Substitute President

  • Assumes presidential duties in the absence of the President, ensuring smooth leadership continuity.


Executive Committee:

President

  • Leads the Game Regulation Department, making high-level decisions and managing overall operations.

GR Overseer

  • The highest authority, responsible for supervising all ranks and ensuring the department achieves its mission effectively.

Departments

Department Information

[GR] Game Regulations: This in-game department, oversees daily safety and inmate activities. They also handle admin-calls. Next to that, they also have to make sure everyone follows the rules of the facility.

[DM] Discord Moderators: Discord Moderators play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the community standards within a Discord server. They ensure that the environment remains friendly, safe, and welcoming for all members.

[OD] Observance Division: Specialized team dedicated to ensuring that members and staff adhere to the rules and contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment within the community.
